Special Delivery Instructions
• The special delivery instructions field on the checkout page is for specific instructions for the courier that are printed on the label (e.g. deliver to the second floor and leave with reception, leave behind the pot plant near the front door).
• Some unsuccessful deliveries may come straight back to us for processing
• Please note that redelivery fees may apply for any deliveries that need to be reattempted.
• Please note that when authority to leave has been given, The Hamper shop and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as ‘successfully delivered’.
- We are unable to accept returns after gifts have been received.
- If your gift happens to be returned to us due to failed delivery, we will happily issue an in-store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!
- Due to the alcoholic content of wine gifts, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
