  • Take a neck pillow to nap in the plane

  • Wear comfortable shoes preferably sneakers for your trip
  • Compression socks to improve circulation & reduce swelling in your legs where it is a long flight
  • Toiletries like tooth-brush, tooth-paste, face wipes, hand sanitizers, moisturizer, and lip balm to stay fresh on long flights
  • Put your valuables and documents in your carry-on such as your passport, ID, boarding pass, travel itinerary, and more.
  • Put a dress or 2 in your carry-on in case of missing or delayed luggage. That can take all the fun out of your trip.
  • Portable charger to keep your devices powered.
  • Snacks and entertainment- Take a water bottle that you can refill after passing through security. Snacks like nuts, dried fruits, and protein bars.
